Privacy Notice

Last updated: August 11, 2026. This page provides a starter overview of how we handle information across our brands. It is not legal advice.

We collect minimal information to operate our products—primarily usage analytics, error diagnostics, and contact details you choose to share.

Data is used to improve performance, support users, and secure our services. We do not sell personal data.

Where third-party processors are involved, we ensure they meet security and compliance standards appropriate to the data they process.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing contact@brightscalelabs.com.

For brand-specific details or updates, contact us. We will update this notice as our practices evolve.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets essential cookies only, plus one optional analytics tool that runs solely with your permission.

Microsoft Clarity gives us heatmaps and anonymised session replays so we can see which pages people read and where the layout gets in the way. It sets the _clck and _clsk cookies and sends interaction data to Microsoft as a processor — see the Microsoft privacy statement. It is off until you accept it, and nothing is requested from Microsoft's servers before then.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings control in the footer of every page. Withdrawing clears the Clarity cookies and reloads the page so collection stops immediately. We ask again every six months.
